The Oval is delighted to announce our Summer BBQ Event, which will take place at
 The Courtyard on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Join us to celebrate the warmest season of the year with your community!

Our community members will enjoy the following on the day of the event:

– Live Music –
– BBQ –
– Refreshing Drinks –
– Ice Cream-

How to Register:

There are two time slots available for the event.
Please select your preferred time and the number of tickets you’d like, then click the “Get Tickets” button to secure your spot.

Registration closes on the 15th of August @ 12.00 am.

Limited Spaces apply. Individual Registration is essential.

T & C’s Apply: 

– You must work at The Oval to attend / avail of The Oval’s community program events & activities.
– To help avoid food waste, your selected time slot will be held for 15 minutes only.
If you do not arrive within this grace period, your ticket may be reallocated to another attendee.
– Photographs and video recordings may be taken during this event for promotional and/or marketing purposes.

– Registration is essential to claim your food, drink and ice cream, limited spaces apply.
