St. Clare’s Park is delighted to invite its residents to celebrate Pancake Tuesday!

Pancake Tuesday tradition dates back to the 1500s, its a celebration, before the fasting period of Lent – the 40 days leading up to Easter – 500 years later, we still spend the day before Ash Wednesday covering these very flat cakes in a variety of sweet and savory substances!
On the 21st of February 2023, the Pancake van will be serving freshly made pancakes and hot drinks at the entrance of the reception of the amenities space at St Clare’s Park from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
It’s first come, first served, so don’t miss the opportunity to come down to get your fluffy pancake and a hot drink.

Classico – Lemon, Butter, and Sugar
Berry – Fresh Strawberries, Raspberries & Blueberries, Coconut Flakes, Chia Seeds, and Maple Syrup
Nutella Delight – Marshmallows, Fresh Strawberries, Banana, Coconut Flakes, and Nutella
The Biscoff Special – Banana, Blueberries, Biscuit Crumble & Lotus Biscoff Sauce
Banoffee Pie – Digestive Biscuits Crumbs, Banana, Caramel Sauce, Nutella, and Hazelnuts
Little Piglet – Grilled Crispy Bacon Strips, Blueberries, Melted Butter, and Maple Syrup
Moto Tomato– Bruschetta Topping, Mozzarella, Fresh Rocket Salad, Melted Butter, and Sweet Italian Balsamic Vinegar
