Let’s get festive. Christmas is nearly here!
The Fernbank Management Team would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a warm and Happy Holiday Season.
The Residents of Fernbank are invited to register to receive a hot beverage, crepe or candyfloss on Friday the 17th of December. Starting at 4 pm to 7 pm outside the Concierge Block.
A special guest in a big red suit (SANTA CLAUS!) will be in attendance. He will have a special treat for each child.
Sign up now and receive your tickets. You must register each person in your household. You will be asked to select your preferred time slot and to select two items from the list of hot beverages and food options below.
- One portion of Candyfloss
- One Crepe (Three toppings available)
- One Hot Chocolate, with cream and marshmallows
- One Tea
- One Coffee
- One Mulled Wine (*You must be 18 years and over to receive this beverage. Proof of ID is required if the individual looks underage).
Residents are asked to ensure that proper social distancing is adhered to at all times.
Christmas Jumpers and Santa Hats are encouraged!
Kindly note, registration closes on the 10th of December @ 4.30pm.

– Limited spaces. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please register for your tickets now to avoid disappointment.
– Each resident who signs up will receive two items ONLY from the six options listed above.
– You must be a resident of Fernbank, Dundrum, Dublin 14 to attend this event.
– This event may be recorded or used for promotional and or marketing purposes, so by registering for the event, you are providing consent to the use of your image thereof. Alternatively, you can make this known to the photographer or step out of a shot.
