Lisa Geoghegan
Managing Director / Founder
Company founder and Managing Director who has a true desire to transform the way we live and work.
Lisa is very unique as she is a Chartered Property Surveyor, Community Leader and a qualified PKP Kinesiologist. Previously working for Green Property Limited, JLL and CBRE before taking up a role as Tenant Relationship Manager at Central Park in Leopardstown, Dublin, Ireland.
She is passionate about creating a sense of community within property developments and corporate companies to help people feel happier in their living and working experience. She uses her overall experience in Property, Community Management and Wellness to build, manage and maintain successful community programmes and experiences.
Lisa developed the Live Work Grow programme in Central Park. Forward thinking, she recognised the need for creating balance within the development and strived to build an authentic community within it. Tenants, now community members and supporters learn, grow and connect with each other on a daily basis – but this didn’t happen overnight. From this experience she gained the vital skills that are essential to develop a successful community in which the concept of Sonalife was born!

Hazel Elders Gallagher
Operations Manager
Hazel is a highly experienced event professional with an extremely diverse mix of talents. With an agency background, she has extensive experience in account and relationship management, community program management, innovative brand activations and launches, conferences and corporate events, conceptual design, visual communication, event styling and prop and installation design.
She is a creator by nature and uses her creative spirit, enthusiasm and skill set to design and produce experiences that give every attendee a special memory.
Her speciality and passions lie in creation of full rounded concepts for each project undertaken. Always taking into consideration budgets, audience, integrated campaign requirements, locations/venues and logistics.
She takes a collaborative approach with each client and commits to reach and exceed all objectives set from the outset. At every stage, she works with you, giving personal attention to every detail and proudly putting her name behind your project.
Hazel joined Lisa as part of the Sonalife team in 2019 and took on the role as our Operations Manager. She is responsible for supporting Lisa in development and long- term success of the business and for planning, co-ordinating and delivery all of our community and project
experiences for our clients.
Aisling Wolfe
Brand, Digital & Social
Aisling is a copywriting, content marketing and branding specialist, focusing on creating a one-of-a-kind online presence for clients.
Aisling’s passion lies in creating consistent brand messaging, increasing brand awareness, and building engagement for brands with the target audience, online.
Before partnering with Sonalife, Aisling worked as a marketing and events manager across a variety of industries, delivering award-winning marketing campaigns for client and partner brands. As part of the Sonalife team, she is responsible for building online brand awareness and engagement for our communities.
