SUMMARY:Massage Day at St. Clare's Park
DESCRIPTION:Due to the High Demand for our First Massage Day\nSt. Clare’s Park is delighted to present a second FREE massage session in the amenities space on the 20th of January\n \n \nAn on-site massage station will be set up in the small room at the St. Clare’s amenities space. Each registered participant will receive a 20-minute massage based on the Japanese form of Shiatsu. It is performed on a specially designed chair\, through clothes using no oils. This is an excellent way to wind down from a stressful day or if you need 20 minutes to sit back and relax! \nA health checklist will be completed with you by your therapist.
